Shipping Policy
Digital Content is made available to the Customer under the terms specified in the StockShock License.
The Digital Content is delivered to the Customer immediately after the payment is credited to the STOCKSHOCK account.
STOCKSHOCK provides the Customer with Digital Content by sending to the e-mail address provided by the Customer a link enabling downloading the Digital Content and saving it on the Customer\'s device.
Refund Policy
If the Digital Content is not delivered to the Customer within 24 hours, the Customer shall request STOCKSHOCK to deliver it. If STOCKSHOCK does not deliver the Digital Content immediately after receiving the request or within an additional deadline expressly agreed with the Customer, the Customer may withdraw from the Agreement for the supply of Digital Content and demand a refund of the funds paid for the undelivered files.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement for the supply of Digital Content or the agreement for the provision of Services within 14 days, without giving any reason.
This does not apply to the delivery of Digital Content or the commencement of the provision of the Subscription service, which took place in circumstances causing the Customer to lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract specified in section 2, it is sufficient to send a declaration of withdrawal to STOCKSHOCK, before its expiry, to the e-mail address: info@stockshock.art.
If the Customer withdraws from the Agreement for the supply of Digital Content, STOCKSHOCK suspends the delivery of Digital Content immediately after receiving the declaration of withdrawal from the agreement.
In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement for the supply of Digital Content, the Customer is obliged to stop using the Digital Content and making it available to third parties.
STOCKSHOCK is obliged to refund the price only in part corresponding to the Digital Content that is inconsistent with the contract and the Digital Content the obligation to deliver was eliminated as a result of withdrawal from the contract.
STOCKSHOCK will refund the Customer the price due as a result of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract or reduce the price due to the non-compliance of the Digital Content with the contract, immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Customer\'s declaration of withdrawal or price reduction.
